Scaling Digital Accessibility through ServiceNow: From Requests to Results
Description
This session will provide a detailed look at how FDIC leverages the ServiceNow platform to manage and scale its digital accessibility operations. Participants will learn how FDIC uses ServiceNow for document remediation requests, Section 508 training, ICT application testing, and IT reasonable accommodation requests. The session will emphasize the value of strong ticket management practices for maintaining timely compliance, and demonstrate how ServiceNow’s reporting tools - such as dashboards, charts, and data exports- help monitor performance and inform leadership.
This webinar will include video remote interpreting (VRI) and real-time captioning.
