Dru Gordon serves as the Chief of Staff at the Access Board. She serves as the operational and strategic advisor to the Access Board Chair and the Executive Director and participates in all aspects of cross functional special projects, studies, and operational programs with an agency-wide impact. She provides advice and guidance on sensitive issues essential to the Agency’s strategic plan and mission. Gordon has over 30 years of experience as a public servant and has previously worked at the Department of Justice, the Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Homeland Security in key leadership roles.
