Members of the Access Board meet every two months.  Board meetings are open to the public and typically span three days.  Committee meetings and presentations usually take place on the first two days.  Meetings of the full Board are normally held on the afternoon of the third day and are webcast live.  Meeting webcasts are archived.

Meetings are held at the Board’s conference space at 1331 F Street NW, Suite 800, in downtown Washington, DC.  For the comfort of all participants and to promote a fragrance-free environment, attendees are requested not to use perfume, cologne, or other fragrances.  The Board usually substitutes one of its meetings each year for a town hall forum outside Washington, DC.
