CAPTAIN SCARBOUGH: I will be very brief. My name Dean Scarbough and I work for a company called Water Mark Cruises located in Annapolis, Maryland, 30 miles east of here.
I serve as safety and security officer for the company as and we operate 11 boats, four water taxies that are 24 feet in length, carrying between 17 and 21 passengers.
We have two 26 foot tugs that carry 24 passengers each. We have 365 foot vessels that carry 149 passengers or less. We have one 65 foot passenger, 65 foot passenger vessel that carries 297 passengers and one, 95 cruise boat that carries 250 passengers. I invite to you come to Annapolis. Take you for a ride.
We can do a five minute water taxi ride across the harbor to restaurants. We can do a 40 minute cruise of the harbor. We can do a 90 minutes cruise up the river. Or we can do a 7 and a half day on the bay cruise to St. Michaels Chrome and sit.
