Dear Sirs and Madams,
I completely support the PVAG comments submitted by Janice Schacter of the Hearing Access Program as well as those submitted by the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. All cruise ships and other passenger vessels must be fully accessible for people who are deaf and hard of hearing as well as for those who are blind, have low vision, or impaired mobility.
