I am in agreement with the views of Hearing Loss association of America. On many things we are still on the short end with following the ADA Law !
Have some movie choice now-- but not what we want to see but what is shown to us and may have to travel for 45 minutes to an hour to get to the movie .
The freedom that is allowed other can be ours if the idea of many hearing loss people ( I understand half the world soon )want to live love and travel . Pull down the barriers we are just like you only can’t hear well but deserve to be protected by the things we live with every 24 hours. Hotels are still not being made to follow the rules for safety in many places . 16 years into it and still not open for choice. The glance that was given to us is something every hard of hearing deaf person looks forward to being an equal in this USA to chose what we want to do and see and experience.
