I am blind and have used cruise ships numerous times. I find that their help is friendly, but inadequate. My safety is at risk when I attempt to step onto a ladder to get to a boat to take me to a harbor from the main ship. I almost fell a couple of times and that definitely would have been a catastrophe for me as I would have been caught between the main ship and the boat pulling up to the ship.
We need ADA rules to help us.
