Communications Accessibility on cruise ships. What do you need?

Dear Sir or Madam:

After going on a cruise this summer, I can tell you exactly what is needed for people with hearing loss:

1 TVs in the cabins must be captioned
2. There must be some way to disseminate loud speaker information, whether emergency information or program announcements, ie a closed circuit channel on the TV in the cabin to broadcast in captions all information that is broadcast on the loud speaker.
3. There should be several locations throughout the ship where public information can be seen and not just heard...ie. captioned information.
4. A hearing accessible cabin should have a light knocker...ie a flashing light to awaken a person with a hearing loss in case of an emergency.

Thanks
