I have cruised over 20 times in the last 30 years with six cruises in the last two years. I can assure everyone that there is still much room to improve access even on ships built in recent years. I can also attest that many more accessible cabins are needed. How the cruise lines can possibly claim that there are too many is completely ridiculous. As the population ages over the next few decades baby boomers will become challenged with physical disabilities yet still desire to travel. Without adequate government regulations they will be excluded from doing so.
