I am a senior and in COMPLETE agreement with the Hearing Loss Association of America comments on passenger vessel guidelines.
I have cruised the Atlantic and two weeks in the Mediterranean. Customer Service was not familiar with ADA obligations. All of the suggestions listed by previous individuals would enrich their cruise pleasure and safety. If not for my hearing companions, I would not have enjoyed the cruise at all.
