To Whom It May Concern,
On behalf of those with hearing loss, I want to make each of our voices is "heard", so that we can "see" other voices via captioning! Without the visual assistive aids that help us to "hear", we could find ourselves facing unnecessary dangers or confusion. I am in total agreement with the comments made by the Hearing Loss Association of America. Thank you, in advance, for your consideration, in making sure that everyone with a hearing loss will be more carefree and much safer because of equal access to critical information.
