I support Janice Schacter's comments regarding accessibility for the deaf and hard-of-hearing on cruise lines. Deaf and hard-of-hearing customers on cruise lines should enjoy the same "travel experiences" that cruise lines offer to every customer, and they should be fully informed in the event of an incident that threatens the safety and/or security of every customer at any part of the voyage.
