Dear Access Board: I wish to comment on the above subject. I am a late-deafened senior person who has benefitted greatly from captioning at theaters, meeting places and other places as an accommodation to persons like myself. I live in a retirement village which has a yearly cruise event, and I know that up to now, I couldn't participate because of the lack of captioning and communication accessibility in the form of assistive listening devices, and captioning. Please favorably enact communication accessibility on all cruise ships. I appreciate your consideration of my personal letter. I support the Hearing Loss Association of America's comments on this issue.
