PVAG Access Board:
I fullly support the PVAG comments submitted by Janice Schacter of the Hearing Access Program and the goal of the PVAG. I am a profoundly deaf adult and understand the lack of access to crusies. It is frustrating not being able to fully participate and enjoy all the services a cruise offers. My family and I certainly hope and encourage the PVAG can help shed light for millions of deaf and hard of hearing travelers.
