RE: Passenger Vessel Access Guidelines

Hearing emergency announcements are the most serious potential danger on a cruise. Passengers with hearing loss should be identified or self-identify and be given an alpha numeric pager or some paging device which will vibrate and give them the same information that hearing passengers hear via a PA system. This is critical for safety.
