I am a teacher of the hearing impaired and I want you to know that I am in full agreement witht the comments made by the Hearing Loss Association of America.
Hearing loss has been called the invisible disability. Please don't treat it like it's invisible; deal with it and allow those with all levels of hearing loss full access to the services (both entertainment and emergency) on cruise ships.
