There are NOT too many handicap cabins on the ships, in fact there are too few.

The largest percentage of cruisers are senior citizens who are retired and have money to spend. A lot, including myself have serious mobility problems and would be unable to cruise and enjoy that type of vacation were it not for the handicap cabins with the grab bars and large showers without a lip to climb over.

Also, many of the population are now bringing electric scooters on the ship. They can not be stored in the hallway because they block the hallway. They will only fit thru the doorway of a handicap cabin.

Perhaps an area on each end of the ship could be arranged to store and charge up the scooters.
