Hi,
As a person with a hearing loss one of the biggest problems I have when aboard a ship is hearing and understanding messages over the Public Address system while alone in my in my state room. I worry whether I will hear an " abandon ship call". Seriously though there are many announcements regarding program and more importantly safety messages which I can not hear. I believe this is a problem which should be addressed by you.
