It is recommended that you use a Windows™ 2000 or Windows XP computer system with a minimum of:

Intel Pentium IIITM 500 MHz or higher with at least 128 MB of RAM
16MB Video RAM Sound Blaster compatible
24 bit color
SoundBlaster compatible recommended
12x minimum CD Rom speed
Video Card capable of 800x600 with 256 colors

>The lower portion of the viewing window is cut off.

This occurs when your Windows™ system display font setting is too large. To correct this problem, change your display font size from large fonts to normal/small fonts by doing the following: Open your Control Panel window and select Display. Then select the tab allowing you to change your font size, and ensure it is set to “Normal” or “Small.” If your issue persists, or you are unable to complete the steps, consult your operating system’s manual for further information.

>The software runs too slowly.

The software has been designed to run on any Windows™ 2000 or Windows XP-compatible PC. However, it is recommended you use a computer with a minimum Intel Pentium IIITM 500 MHz or higher with at least 128 MB of RAM

>There is an error dialog indicating a problem with the sound or sound driver, or after adjusting the volume the sound still does not work.

Your computer may not have a sound card. You can run the program without a sound card, though you will not hear the narration or audio clips. In order to take advantage of the audio component of the program, you will need to install a sound card/driver.
