Dear United States Access Board:

I would like to know why you made the decision on sitting in
2nd position facing forward are, safe. This is not true, are you in a
wheelchair? By our actions you are not. If you are in an accident
your body will automatically move forward hitting your face on
the back seat of the driver's chair; breaking the bones in your face.
I do not want this! I know this for a fact, because I have been in
many rear end crashes in the past. Have you?
